One of said fathers is currently breaking his back to fix his villa at 62y old, while still working a full time job, so he can move there and leave his city apartment to his daughter who btw earns like $800 a month...

I dated a really great girl for about three years. Good looking, low drama, literally checked every box. Would have married her, but she had a kid. I knew on day one that I wasn't going to be a stepdad. If you are a stepdad, respect, but it wasn't for me. I did not want to spend my time raising another man's child. I did not want to spend my money raising another man's child. I did not want to do both those things, only to have that child turn into a teenager telling me "you're not my dad!". Forget it. Now, I was honest with my gf about this from day one. I told her that when the time came that she needed to find someone else, just tell me and we'll part as friends. Amazingly, we did - and I still respect her, care about her, and am glad that she's married an happy. Only way I would ever recommend a guy consider taking on the responsibility of a stepchild is if you have one or more kids yourself and your gf is willing to help out and be a full time stepmom to your kids. That's a different situation. Also, you need to keep in mind that there's always going to be some other guys (a guy who used to bang your wife btw) in your life.

I was very lucky to find the RP when I did.
