@@davidclayton.1511 The discussion was centered on consistency. You are making the assumption that countries that are nominally 'orthodox" are representative of the true faith. Just as western countries, founded on the belief in a Christian God are now more demonic than Christian, claiming "you've been to Greece and other "Christian" countries, were they are "just as bad" (as what?) is not meaningful. Russia is more indicative of an Eastern Orthodox society that is Greece. (Try not to drag in war issues, this is about the Faith) Again, the issue is not the deep theological debate, but the consistency of the message and the faith. As a one time Roman Catholic, it was the consistent, logical and straightforward message that drew me to Eastern Orthodoxy. The Roman Catholic church, never mind the protestant and other "christian" churches are out of communion with the original church, Eastern Orthodox. By gerrymandering the boundaries and changing the rules to make them more "attractive" they are doing the work of the evil one for him. People want consistent, meaningful faith that is true to the original message of Jesus, not massaged and blended to suit modern sensibilities and maintain attendance (which is not working...)

I was never a fan of him. When I first got into this sphere a few years back I watched some of his content for a few days and stopped. There was no real value. Just generic advice that most adults can give.

I spent 20 years building the family , my wife left me and my kids to find herself. I divorced her and kept all the children. Now I am dating a hot young single mom. Personally I don't have any regrets with my new partner, respect from her and the kids are 100%. All single moms are not lost cases.

Why does it seem so many men like you and me went through the same bs.. I was with my ex for 19 years, married for 10 of them with 2 kids, and she cheated on me with her coworker worker. Now she's getting choked and slapped around by him. I guess that's what she wanted. My new gf actually had a brain, plays the guitar, the piano, works on cars, lives shooting guns like me and we like all the same musi and her beauty is just a bonus. I mean it only took me 20 years to find her, and my only regret is not finding her sooner. Word the way things work out. That being said, she's still a woman lol.
