show meter in speed control with equipments (not animations) the same as meter out in this video I think the other watchers want to know meter-in speed control connection with pneumatic instruments

I thought if you tightened the head end down it would make the rod end extend slower and by making the rod in tight it would make it retract slower but it was the opposite that's confusing when the air going into the head end makes it extend and the air on the rod end makes it retract
