The dude was clearly a moron and a junkie. And i'll bet u a lot of guys were making a lot of money off this guy. He in all honesty seems like the meme guy who ppl make fun off. Every fitness guy knows a dude like this. All i all, the whole video is worse shot than a school project, in the manner that zero investigation went into confirmation of the information given. As a fan of professional wrestling, I can say that this man is right, back in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's steroid abuse was huge as most of the then famous wrestlers used to take them to make them look bigger and more appealing. There is a term called steroid rage where the person who uses the drug become erratic and aggressive which basically leads to self destruction and possible early demise. Its really good to see a former extensive user is now on his process of self recovery and is doing well. He is also telling and making people aware about its adverse side effect is commendable.
@sajjeel123

What made things worst is that the wrestling industry encouraged steroid use. In 1993, Vince McMahon was charged by the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York with routinely obtaining anabolic steroids. WWE and other wrestling organisations still provide steroids to their performers to promote wrestlers becoming circus freaks with how much muscle they have on, but hey- anything to get viewers to tune in amiright?

@@aeyvan well, what you're saying is definitely true in the sense that any person ahould weigh the pros and cons, and also take into account situation at hand before deciding on the approach to take. But i think in the case of drugs we should stay away from them because not everyone who's curious can resist the temptation, even knowing the consequences. "I can quit after 1 try" or "it's just a taste what could happen?" We start trying to convince ourselves to ignore past numerous experiences of others. Isn't this why people say don't let curiosity draw you into drugs? Well, my comment was just a casual jab at the saying our parents say about being curious of drugs. Sorry for the long post haha.

I'm a guy doing kickboxing 3x (sometimes 4x a week, would do more but I'm in uni) and that's the scene when I first started going to the gym(s) on the off day of kickboxing. People would look at me as if I was a weak guy who showed off his punches on the bag and then I started working out and realised with all that training in kickboxing, I was able to lift much heavier weights than the average guy of my size who didn't do gymming. Although, since then, I've always plugged in my earphones before going in and I workout according to my own schedule (I have quite some experience, thanks to my KB gym also being a home for bodybuilders and weightlifters). Just ignore the feeling man. Everybody has their own struggles. I used to get complexed seeing huge people lifting heavy weights. One day my bodybuilder friend told me, "see, I can lift that thing with one hand (nobody in our class could) but I can't throw a devastating kick like you, we all have our own strengths". So we all are in our own struggles, it's not about becoming better than others but becoming better than the day you were yesterday.
