@@RocksReview Before this chapter everybody was saying Lucci will get foleded by base luffy. Not only does luffy need gear 2 or 3 but gear and lucci still putting insane fight up. Just shows you that the majority of one piece fans are small kids with very small brain/Iq. Lucci is a monster a beast and I cant wait to see how strong the Leader of CPO is the CPO Dragon so to say. He aint gonna be spandam weak thats for sure. He will be a admiral/fleet admiral level without a doubt. But yeah so happy to see oda showinf charatcer development that others also become stronger not just luffy sanji and zoro. @@ososkic8673 U gotta realize we probably won't be seeing any of the other gears in the story anymore. Cause every gear had some sort of drawback or only a boost in one part or stat of Luffy. But with gear 5 its pretty much all the gears in one and Luffy can use whatever move he wants to. So it makes sense that he goes gear 5 right off the bat. Plus Luffy hasn't used a acoc yet. Lucci did get pretty strong and I'd put him in YC1. About cp0 isn't the guy that got fodderized by Kaido supposedly the best agent cp0 had. I think Lucci is the strongest they have. cp- 9 had six members if I remember correctly and we have seen 6 members of cp0 already.

I believe the leader/President of the CPO will be a monster in terms of strength over admiral level. He might even be a celestial like gorosei, kong and know about Im exsistence so yeah we havent seen the leader himself as of yet. We will probably soon se an old guy with title "LEADER/PRESIDENT OF THE CPO AIZEN" of something like that. Most people think it will be some kind of spandam weakling but i gurantee those people are wrong. Lucci is stronger than King and marco what he showed here is way about those other Zoans. @@Chiefteeth1 having conquerors is a very big deal wether your the strongest or not because someone like katakuri has way more potential to be a yonko level fighter he has all types of haki and has a strong will to protect his family. Yeah, he awakened his devil fruit, has enough willpower to not get taken over by it, and he's easily the strongest cipher pol agent now after 2 years of constant training. It's not really surprising tbh. I thought that would be a reasonable tier for him or a bit higher. Sometimes people get carried away like how many people genuinely believed Buggy was some evil mastermind, despite his internal monologue being heard by the audience multiple times.

You got it all wrong, yes they call it ryuo but its different from normal armament haki, it flow of armament haki around your weapon or body.....also, ryou didn't include infusion of conqueror's haki.....kawamatsu (hyori's kappa friend, one of the nine scabbards) was very good at flowing ryuo(armament haki), he isn't a conqueror's haki user though.....ex - enma was forcefully making zoro to use excessive armament haki to flow around him.....normal armament only done damage on outside while flow of excessive armament done interior damage too + it protect person from elements like ice, magma, fire, heat, electricity etc etc.....normal armament is hard and conduct heat

Yeah I always found it weird when people rated basically only 2 YC1 at YC1 level, they say Marco and Ben Beckmann are Admiral level, Mihawk is Yonko level and so on. Comparing them with actual other characters makes much more sense

Katakuri and Zoro levels sound arbitrary. And why aren't Kizaru and Greenbull equal? So far Admirals seem to be the most similar in power. Emperors were as well, but then Buggy became one. A better example would be Vice Admirals since Garp is one. Also Roger was never called an Emperor.

But Rayliegh was much stronger than current Zoro,but they are on same position (both are yc1). And in the end of the series Zoro will surpass characters like Roger(pirate king), Shanks(emperor) etc,but he'll still be on the same position (yc1 of Luffy). Another example is Garp, he is even stronger than former fleet admiral Sengoku even if it's a little bit, but still in vice admiral position. Sanji is yc2 of Luffy, but he's clearly stronger than yc2s like Smoothie, Ace, Queen (he just defeated). It'll definitely make sense if you compare some characters sits on same position. And I said Greenbull is weaker than Kizaru because we didn't saw any good feats from Greenbull. Although all admirals are underrated, but still we saw some feats from Kizaru.
