@@budadi my Bloatedness is doing 300lb plus cheat curls and not even cheating that much. That is pure freak show #s as even the Worlds strongest guys are usually working with around 170 for reps and 225ish for max. I think the record is 250. Tons of fun is a legit monster. Guy is strong as hell

Unless this dude does a ridiculously absurd number of reps (which would require an amount that is far too high to indicate it's actually a useful rep range), I would smoke this guy on pretty much everything, and I've only been lifting for a couple years. As I have mentioned on other videos. Kyriakos lives in the same city with me. He is Damn HUUUUUUGE..Needs 2 seats to sit in the bus !! He is very well known here and maybe exercises are not executed 100% correctly by him but he is extremely strong for his age.He is about 48-50 years old. Iranian Hulk is joke. He is been exposed for faking his instagram photos to look much bigger than in real life. Iranian Clown.

Big respect to Sajad for not using fake weights or weird techniques to try and make himself appear stronger than he is. It's very rare to see influencers working with weights an actual mortal can handle. Granted, he did slightly speed his bag training footage, but all in all I was pleasantly surprised by not seeing obscure nonsense lifts with fake weights. I wish there were more guys in the limelight giving people realistic strength goals to chase. BUT, --- and I don't mean to sound disrespectful -- I was expecting him to be able to handle heavier loads. He's not a small guy, and he has been posting fitness-related content since at least 2015-2016, so one would expect him to at least be at intermediate strength levels. I hope he really is a little bit stronger than this, since otherwise the disparity in strength between Martyn Ford and him is just incomparable. I wish The Iranian Hulk all the best! I hope he survives the match in one piece, and if he really is suffering from delusions of grandeur, I hope he gets help and support for it. He deserves a happy life as well, and I hope the paycheck from this fight is worth it. Who knows, maybe he'll even win. Good luck.

@@oldgames5368 because his videos of himself are significantly smaller and not even remotely the same dimensions, as in his pecs are much higher in the videos compared to photoshopped images and not dragged down to make himself seem bigger, and his pictures lose all detail on his body. Also training videos of his boxing are sped up. Everything this guy puts out is edited and it's quite disappointing.

I think Grizzly is actually very strong for looking like a regular guy. Having followed his page, he just seems like a brute. Iranian hulk is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Our bloat load has more athleticism, strength, and flexibility.
