Hey I never said I had trouble with getting women. I’ve had plenty. My job is dominated by women so I’m constantly surrounded by them. (Hairdresser) My problem is I was wasting time with women that did not deserve a LTR with me. All I’m saying is that his book helped me not give certain women the time of day. It’s helped me cypher through their bs & not get stuck in the oneitis mindset. Working with all women puts me in a position to hear secrets about their life & also with my co workers. Rich only confirmed everything that i was hearing & seeing but didn’t want to accept.

The best part of “lifting heavy shit” and “doing the work” is that men will ultimately be happier for it, regardless of it’s outcome. Your most powerful video for me in-particular, Rich. That guy was me. I took steps 17 mon ago and "fixed myself" in my early 50s. Lifting heavy stuff and proper diet: highest weight 349 lbs to 170 lbs at-current and holding past four months. Avid fitness runner and self-defense maven. If sufficiently moved to do so at a future time I'll summarize and write or call in. Yes, I've unplugged from the lies. Yes, I "Do the Work." I also "Choose Again" each and every day and recognize we all "Fall Seven Times, Rise Eight." I keep these three comments close by on my desk. I started "doing the work" to try to impress a girl who put me in the friend zone. As I gained more confidence she didn't look that attractive to me anymore. Something clicked in my mind and now I am doing so much better and the one thing most people don't realize is that there is so much joy in doing the work. As someone who swings between fat and fit in 5 year cycles I can say. Getting fit is the number one thing you can do not just aesthetically. It gives you confidence you didn’t have before to succeed with women and your career. When you feel good about yourself you exude confidence and success can come as you develop other areas.

I've found out that a girl was once engaged after the fact. I found out a lot of other stuff but initially she was acting like she is a virgin, even said that she did not have a lot of sexual experience. Women know exactly what men want and what men do not want. If she likes you she plays innocent and the minute a girl mentions her other sexual exploits you should know that she no longer considers you an option.

Not overweight, but took a few days off of resistance training this inspired me to re commit to the regimen. Hope that guy drops the weight. You feel so much better in every way and confident all around. Improvement with women is nice, but by no means the main benefit. Flexibility , clear head, longevity , better numbers on blood tests, pressure off joints , so many benefits to healthy living

Love the channel Rich, absolutely align with the message of work on yourself for you. Don't work on yourself for women ... or a woman. It is literally undermining the entire exercise. Have a code. Hold yourself accountable. Being a 'good man' has absolutely zero to do with whether or not women want to 'smash'. Treat improving yourself like any other skill. You need to practice. You need to fail. You need to adjust. You need to do the things that are hard. For you. Love that you pointed out a basic simple test; if you look down and see your belly rather than your business; you have work to do. Oh ... and F your feelings about women, and how unfair it all is. Never tell a girl you're looking for a gf, it gives them leverage to string you along. If you tell a girl "hey I'm open to a relationship if the right situation comes up, but for now I'm just looking to keep things casual and see where they go" then they need to compete for you and having that title of being your gf. Furthermore if you don't really have an emotional connection but there's some sexual attraction between each other then you're completely throwing out the possibility of a casual relationship when you say you're looking for a gf. Being open to casual relationships will help you find a serious relationship because 1. it takes off the neediness aspect and you become a man with options that women need to compete for, and 2. plenty of relationships start off as casual and then when emotions grow over time become serious, so if you say you're looking for something serious you actually shoot down the potential serious relationships that would just take more time to develop.

Great vid. Women are as shallow as men when it comes to looks. If you aren't attractive and fit, you won't get someone who is the same, and genuinely wants you - just someone that is utilizing your resources in some capacity, be it to breed or fund their lifestyle. The idea that women fall in love with their hearts, and see the good guy inside you is a fallacy.

Hi Rich. I am nearly 80 years of age And my simping stopped when I was 16 years old when a older friend told me how to play the game. I felt like Moses on the mount full of all this knowlage and came down the mountain with a turgid hardon. I used to play a sneaky game I called how not to be seen (at a swimming pool/burger joint/town libary and so forth. Sit there in a good spot and glance and see your prospects (like chooks in a hen house)they all want to be noticed -then pick your mark and flash a wink ,then go for a walk past them and give them a smile and ask for their number discretly. Then go to your car and call them and have a yarn. So even now I can have an intersting yarn with a prospect just about anywhere. You have to learn the banter and if things don't work out just walk they will come running.' Here is one I used to use in the day when I wanted to date a ( "looker" ) when you appoch a woman who thinks she is it you say in the start of the conversation.( "Your are very pretty, but it your knees that are the issue") she won't be able to resist and will say things like ("What is wrong with my Knees") then I will say this to her in a sott voice-- ("I can hear them knocking but I cant get in" !) then chuck her a wink and smile start to walk away slowly.Two things can happen She will laugh or follow you for some small talk. Regarding fitness/exercise. I been slack on it lately but I highly recommend body weight routine using rings and bar. Dips, pull ups, various styles of push ups etc. Good for beginners (well, anyone I guess) then move up wearing weight vest or compliment with regular weight lifting.
