As a manager IRL, I can vouch that is exactly how one can effectively get projects moving without direct control over the staff. It is as they say, the the squeaky wheel gets the grease; sometimes you have to be just a little annoying, even, to get people moving.

As a team lead, I'm kinda inspired by this. Can relate that this is how most things move - direct appeal rather than indirect appeal - and it's hella cool to see. But now, Suisei has reached levels of producerhood that shouldn't even be possible and doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

Suisei's initiative and drive to push her projects forward without being demanding makes her the top diva, not just in Hololive but the entire vtubing community. Instead of complaining about not getting her projects done, she takes charge of the situation.

It’s nice to know that Suisei can point to the support from fans and the comments we leave behind to convince the management to put together another practice stream before the show.

Suisei is really amazing, I wouldn't be surprised if she's later opened up agency of her own instead of retiring from the industry.

This makes me look up to Sui-chan even more, being able to so persistently negotiate until she gets what she wants! I'm to learn from her and ask for what I want in my life too!

I like how she directly go ask around with staffs in each department. It's give her knowledge about what is "possible" and what is "can't" with company resources and If those factor includes in proposal, It will give more chance to get approved from management level. Because sometime, Management level will not know that there are available resources for extra project aside from what they had plan or even they know, it still need idea that can fit with remaining resources too.

Luckily she only use words in the negotiation. Imagine she's using her axe, the negotiation must be finished quicker (and maybe a few of the staff's life too)

I am sure the staff and management have a "Suisei Alert Mode" or something every time she enters the building/office.

I was wondering whether there would be another dance practice stream since the first one was really incredible, glad Suisei can make it happen. Hopefully the studio staffs can get some rest soon after the pile of concerts at the end of the year. They seemed a bit overworked from my impression. There aren't too many of them that can do what they do so hopefully they are taking care of themselves too.

Sometimes to reach key stakeholders on a big project you need to apply a tiny bit of pressure. Like brief glimpses, illuminated by lightning, of you standing outside their home holding a golden axe.

This reminds me of Suisei talking about applying to several idol agencies before becoming an indie vtuber and being rejected by them all for pretty much the same reason: she's so talented as an individual it would be difficult to balance her out in a group. Now she's forming her own dance group as well as taking on producer and manager duties for it. That woman has god tier determination and ambition. I admire the hell out of her.
