Never have I ever: - known the consistency of urine in a rug - seen a man water a rug as of it were a plant (forgot the English word for the garden tool) - seen 5 different tools used to clean a rug - seen a purposefully soaked rug - ... My restaurant had carpets. I can't tell you how many times after a full day of work I would stay up all night cleaning the carpets so they would be dry for the next evenings service. Keep them clean and replace them when necessary.

@@tomf4547 Having carpets in bathrooms is very bad. So many things can go wrong! Toothpaste, lotion and our waste could stain the carpet (imagine being sick in a bathroom woth carpet, ew!), pipes could leak and cause mould, etc.

This reminds me of how I dragged out the big carpet from my living room, out onto the deck to try to clean it after we got a puppy, and later I figured out he hadn’t always been using the puppy pads I put down... That was quite the job. I saturated it with water, then poured buckets of Oxyclean in solution, let that soak and then rinsed it. Then I used my Bissell carpet cleaner to try to pull the excess water out so it could dry. Then I had to try to hang that huge heavy thing over the railing a bit and prayed it didn’t rain until it dried.

It's usually a combination of skin dust, carpet fibers, dirt, dead bugs, and general ash. Ash is everywhere..... everywhere.... I love cleaning rugs and carpets though

Most parts of Middle East remove their rugs in summer and in autumn near winter they take them back out from storage, wash them and and lay them. And then in summer roll then back up again.

Why is this so satisfying to watch? I actually wanna see how carpets on big cruise ships are cleaned or really dirty bar carpets. I would watch a 45min documentary about it lol

This is why i would never get carpet.. so dirty and people just hoover them and think its clean like 😂 you should wash your carpet atleast once a week when you have wood floor you realise how dirty carpets must get

Carpets need shampooed two or three times a year in most normal houses not once a week

@@mjrussell414 i dont have carpet and even if you take your shoes off it dont matter your still have food crums and dust i have wood floor i hover 3 or 2 times a day and mop it every night you realise how dirty floors get
