As the owner of this specific Eagle Scout card I can confirm…it doesn’t actually work for any of this. It has done nothing for me over the last 20 years. Although I guess they loved it on my BYU application. 😅 Love the video! 🎉

When I was a cashier i asked to see id for a credit card payment. They fumbled, struggling to find their id. When they saw me notice their temple recommend they held it up. I told them, "I still need to see id." 🙄 I didn't know Eagle Scouts got a gold membership card. 😆🙄

Specifically the Red-tailed Hawk. It was chosen because it sounds much more majestic than a Bald Eagle, as they sound more like they're trying to sound like the Red-tailed but choking hard 😂 glad to see others who know!

Yeah being an Eagle Scout probably meant something back when my dad was young. When I got it back in 2009 or whatever it was worthless. I was told that if you put it on your resume you can get any job. Today you can’t get a job at chick fil a with that. To me being an Eagle Scout was a waste of time.

I stopped scouting with just my eagle project left to earn the award. I never wanted it. My parents did. I'm 43 years old and my mother said she regretted not helping me finish the award like two weeks ago..... It never ends I swear.... Great vid, made me laugh 😂

In America there's this thing called Scouts which is like a social for kids where they learn skills that are supposed to prepare them for adulthood like manners and how to survive in the wilderness. Eagle scout is the highest honor you can get in this club. It used to be very popular with the Mormon church before they allowed gay kids to participate.

I couldnt get my license to drive until I got my stupid Eagle Scout badge I got it at 17 I sent the badge back to the BSA about 10 plus years ago when they excluded gays from being in their dumb Military like right wing patriotism now the church got rid of scouting haha
