What are your thoughts on signing khepren thuram from nice?. Young 6’4 beast thats good on the ball an excels in the mezzala role but can also play in the 6 as hes done some tiles this season for nice when the 6 has been injured. Would reportedly cost between 15-20m this summer with his contract having1 year left.

United don’t have the personnel to play like this.. as EtH has found this season. Years and years of piss poor squad management has left us like this, and it’s going to take at least 2 more seasons to balance the squad. On one side some of Ten Hags buys have been very bad (Antony, Mount, Amrabat), and some there are big question marks over (Casemiro, Onana, Hojlund, Malacia). Only Martinez has been an outstanding success. Point is, whichever manager we get will have exactly the same challenges.. give Ten Hag one more season and buy the players in for him rather than giving him (like every manager before him) a blank chequebook to sign who he wants.

Ten Hag basically got blank cheque for two season. And his signing is Antony who was judged by him a lot better than Ronaldo

Yes United absolutely do. We have Onana, Dalot, Maguire and Mainoo in the build up. Last season when Shaw and Martinez were fit we still weren’t building out from the back. We absolutely do have the players, Emery, Postecoglou and De Zerbi can all do it

Who wouldn’t pay that Shaw when healthy is a top 5 arguably top 3 player of ours we should get another left back just for health concerns but we should keep Shaw if we don’t get anything over 55 mill

I havent watched Bologna this season but from what ive seen of Mottas methods he would be my first choice. It looks like my nightmare will become reality and Erik will get another season so a good video will be how Erik can prove his doubters wrong and be successful at united - what style and what players will suit. I cant see it ever happening but one can dream

If we can’t get de zerbi i rather stick with ETH for the rest of his contract. the reason i’m going with de zerbi is not only because of his tactics but his youth, he’s italian lol, and because he’s had experience in the PL. but what if we can’t get him. i’ll stay with ETH.

the guy i want is De Zerbi but that’s if the fans, the media, and the new footballing structure will give him time and put him in an environment where he can be successful. not sack him after two seasons, if things are going downhill because that’s going to happen. and the reason is because he’s using players from 3-4 different managers. they ( de zerbi and the new management) will need time to build the right squad.
