I don't love beans but I love this because it's all about let's just have fun with it! I want to try this, and go to Ghana so bad because of it!

Mum never allowed as to use the the sorgum leaves, just the bicarbonate and came out nicely, the leaves are just for colour.

My FAVORITE dish as a Ghanaian. I’d pick Waakye OVER Jollof rice, minus the fried fish and the pasta. I don’t know about the avocado though.
