Great video. As a single agent, it's harder to deal with everything and still dial all day. 3 hour dialing might work for me.

Hi. I am just starting. Totally new to the business. I am 200% willing to put the effort to build the database. I agree this is the right way to approach the business. However, the “little” detail not mentioned at all is. How do you get the phone numbers to call? For sure the calls can be made, but where do these numbers and names can be reached? Any leads on how to get this done?

Are real estate agents regulated the same as telemarketers? Do they have to follow state law in regards to phones calls and Do Not Call Registry?

@@fuzuzafitness8354 Thanks. I have since heard that 99.9% of people have never been fined and to just go ahead and call. You aren’t supposed to keep calling and bugging them obviously but one time isn’t a big deal and nothing will happen.

Great content here. When Abe is saying "60 contacts a day" is that just the amount of dials or did he get 60 people contact info from talking to them?

60 conversations with homeowners about selling their home. It’s probably about 400-500 dials.

I think you are awesome Abe... the only thing is, and i know because i want to do this but i researched it... its illegal to send SMSs and voicemail drops to somebody that hasn't opted in. Although the chances are low, if they catch you the fines can be big

i have a question, i didn't hear it answered in the video but, how does he count his "contacts"... did he count EVERYONE who answered as a contact? did he only count contacts if he asked them about buying or selling? ... so like, if someone said "wrong number" and then hung up, would he count that as a contact?
