Ronnie all your videos are amazing. I just started parkour and I finally know how to do a front flip, wall run, and almost the b-twist. I'm having a hard time trying to do the butterfly kick even though it is really easy to do. But thanks for all of your tutorials and I hope I can be almost good as you.

Hahah knows a b-twist but doesn't know a butterfly. It's actually a b twist without a twist. Try to do a spin beginning.

Hey Ronnie I learned a one step wall flip about a year ago, and found this huge tree that I loved to do wall flips off of because it had a slight slant. I learned how to do a two step there and even did a three step off of this tree. However whenever I try to two step in a flat wall I cannot do it. I was wound wring if you have any tips to get over this?

Hey great tutorial on the back wall flip but I am having issues with my front flip. I can do it just fine in this sand pit I made, but can't get myself to do it anywhere else what can I do? I would really like to start doing front flips at least on the bare ground but I can't bring myself to do it.

@TH3lilFR0
@TH3lilFR0 9 жыл бұрын
Foxy Nate Well the second half of the trick is essentially a back flip, so not really... but obviously, due to the extra height you have, you don't necessarily need to be able to land it flat.
@drewcheney145
@drewcheney145 9 жыл бұрын
You can I learned how to do a one step and two step wall flip before I learned I back flip. Granted I had been trying to do a back flip for a while and had not been able to land it, so I knew how to tuck well and all that stuff the wall just gave me the extra height I needed to land it.
@gunter8001
@gunter8001 5 жыл бұрын
i was not able to do a backflip on ground, but with the extra height and the steps on the wall, i had more time, height and control for it, and i learned it in 3 trainingdays on matrasses

@booseloose8992
@booseloose8992 9 жыл бұрын
Bros Street-Stunt It is possible, but as you practice you would probably want to try to use the bounce from the tramp to get up the wall less and less until you are comfortable with trying the trick on wall without a tramp below it. When you want to move on from the tramp, just start out using a mat instead of the tramp.

canrolskionxbox I don't think so, as this trick gives you more height and rotation (from the push off) than a standing backflip. I wouldn't dream of trying a standing backflip but I might try this one in my local gym!
@SpaghettiFace2
@SpaghettiFace2 9 жыл бұрын
canrolskionxbox I suggest that you do, because even though it is easier to get around on the wall flip, you have more height and more power, adding a lot more risk to the trick. It's good to be used to the feeling of the backflip before adding more power. You should at least be able to easily do a backflip on a trampoline before attempting a fall flip, and always have a mat of some sort underneath you for protection.

Hey Ronnie, im a big fun but i watch all these tutorials and im really scared to try backflips. I nail the frontflip but im scared that im going to hurt myself when i try and do the backflip.I do try on trampolines and on soft surfaces but still im really scared.How do you get over the fear of doing backflips? Thank you ! :)

Try to nail the back flip on a trampoline and then practice on the ground with pads and learn the wall run then combine them but use pads under you to try to prevent an injury 😃

+Dovydas Skolis The best thing to do is to do a backflip on a trampoline without bouncing. then go on to maybe trying it on a matress, or something soft like a pile of blankets. but take your time, don't go for it until you feel extremely comfortable. when you feel ready for it, just don't think about it, you just have to do it without thinking about what you might do wrong, however do think about what you might not be ready for! :D

Honestly, if you have people to train with you that are at equal skill of you, you'll feel more confident about attempting. Also, peer pressure can help and idk if it's just me but I commit best when someone records me. Also, anything soft to land on will bring your confidence up a bunch. Hope this helped
