How to Wall Flip | Tutorial - Free Running & Parkour
In this video, Ben and I teach you how to do a wall flip which is commonly seen performed by free runners. Some prerequisites for the move include a back flip on the trampoline, an assisted back flip, and a standing back tuck. The move primarily hinges on the take-off, so that is where we will spend most of our time in this tutorial. Stay flippin' awesome.

I watched through an ad for you 👍🏼. And I was confused at the start and looked really different but I guess Ben is your doppelgänger. I will try this next time I go to a tramp park and start on the slanted walls where padding is for safety but will try and get used to take off at home. THANKS AND YOU STAY FLIPPIN AWESOME TOO!

Thanks for the support my man! Haha, we do look pretty similar don't we? Absolutely, practicing with safety mats is the way to go when you start (try using that cheese/wedge mat).

If you have access to a gym, using a cheese/wedge mat is really great for starting!
