The film PCBs that contains the contacts to connect with the printhead has been damaged. But I don't know the name of that spare part to order it. Please can you help me with that, and if possible a video about its replacement will also help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi, since yesterday my HP Designjet 500 displays the Message "Ink cartridge expires in 10 days" (the Magenta Cartridge), but the cartridge/ink is more than half full. He never did that before with any of the cartridges. I read in the Internet if the 10 days are over, the printer won't let you print anymore until you change the cartridge. Is that true? If yes, are there any workarounds to use the cartridge until it's empty? I thought maybe i can somehow reset or change the internal system-time or date in the printer itself to tell him (for example) it's December 2021 an not 2022... Or maybe you have another trick and can tell me how to avoid throwing away a more than half full cartridge? Thank you

it is the expiry date of the chip of your cartridge you can just change it with another same old one that works is that's all

Hello first You have to check the print heads there's One Wich make this error. If print heads are good,you have to update the firmware version on new One..

I cannot read the HP display screen as you press the buttons as your camera cannot focus on it. Use a tripod and get a camera that will focus at that close range. You know how to reset the printer but I am unable to follow.

Hello first not like you Second the video with good quality with tripod camera it's just for how gives donation to channel you have to focus withe your eyes without donation.

Tengo un ploter hp desingjet 510 le hice mantenimiento de la estación de servicio, pero hay ocasiones que no reconoce los cabezales, apago y prendo y funciona, luego de 3 impresiones dejan de funcionar que podría ser, gracias

Deben limpiarse los contactos de los cabezales de impresión y su ubicación. Si el problema persiste, busque un cabezal que pueda estar defectuoso y deba ser reemplazado.
