using compatible cartridges with bad nozzel
with leak of magenta ink on ISS card in this case

Are you using warm water to clean the ISS? The OEM HP magenta cartridge leaked on my HP Dj 500. Maybe that's why I'm getting a missing black cartridge error message. Thanks for the video.

Yes Warm water to clean ISS but use alcohol to clean the ISS PCI card if there ink inside.

I think in you case there is Magenta ink on black contact chip of ISS you to clean it carefully with Warm water and dry it befor using

The name of motor is: Ink pump motor But there's not code because it's with ink supply reference code
