OMG the last advice is SOOO TRUE! I remember when I started feeling guilty for doing that and stopped for 1 month, and I immediately lost motivation to work, and hence no focus. After I realized this I quickly went back to doing it and afterwards my motivation and focus came back. Trust me guys, this advice is no joke, take it seriosuly because at the end of the day you gotta be on your own team cheering for yourself!

I get that we are all like young adults rn so having a "main character" mentality is really appealing, but dude having genuine connections/friends and being modest is probably more important for you in the long run. Systems require the cooperation of all of their parts to best achieve their desired function, and society is an extension of that. Just be a bit more careful on what you share with others IMO. NJ on the 45 though.
