Hey Ro, I have been practicing soo much and I have started a little side business. And trust me you are the best in the game, everything I know about candy and Carmel apples is because of you. I did a wedding of 30 Tiffany Blue apples with fondant and 113 degree weather! Talk about stress!!! The hot weather was breaking my apples down I bought 10 extra apples and I showed up with just 30 apples....holy cow this girl was tripping. But she LOVED them and her wedding was so pretty, thank you for all your knowledge, I am just slowly building clientele, one day I would love to only work from home. If you ever have a live class I would LOVE to attend or even more ideal a 1 on 1 class would be ideal! Corona wont keep us down forever, thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

Hi Ro! How you suggest making a large number of apples (more than 15)? Would you say make 2-4 at a time and remake the candy mixture after the pot has cooled and been cleaned? I made a large batch and the candy started to break down in the hot. I’m guessing from reheating. BTW, I love your videos and the way you share your knowledge base is amazing!! Thank you!!

She stated in one of her lives, that you could do, the 411 and add a half mixture to it, if you needed to cover more apples. Or you just can double the recipe. 8:2:2 hope that helped.

Good morning, I have a couple of quick questions for you. I boiled my apples for about 30 secs. I thought I heard in one of your videos for 30 seconds. I want to know can I still use these apples? Today is Tuesday and I'm not dipping them until Thursday. Once after I dip them and decorate them and package them and the cello boxes. Do they have to be refrigerated? The party is not until Saturday evening? I'm doing this my daughter college graduation party. A lot of people want like 800 to do candy buffet, so I'm doing everything on my own.

So I am a little confused after watching this video. You say yes you can used a water based color as long as you follow certain special guidelines. Those guidelines are the 48 hour cleaning method.. Well, that's what we have to do for regular gel based color, so how are these special guidelines? How is it any different? Basically it's doing what one would normally do, clean the apples, wait 48 hours, make candy with water based colorants instead of gel colorant, and it turns out the same... Hence the reason I'm confused !! 🤔

Hey Ro, hope all is well….I’m so disappointed….I know followed your instructions to a tea & my chef masters metallic silver was transparent….it gave it a shimmer but not a solid metallic silver 😮 where did I go wrong? Please help😅 Thank you for any information on a stronger metallic silver.

Did you use the full recipe or did you use a half recipe? if you use the full recipe, you need to add to to 3 tablespoons of the coloring to a full recipe in this particular video, I only use the half recipe and 1 tablespoon of the coloring
