Today i'm diving into the topic of how to grow your glutes. So many people become mislead when it comes to this topic and have unrealistic expectations. Today I want to clear up any misconceptions and explain exactly what you need to do in order to make any progress with growing your glutes.

Please show 2 exercises wall pilates standing. No weights and no squats. Squats make bigger thighs, alongside with bigger glutes. Thank you, you are amazing! 👍

Squats won’t make big thighs unless you do A LOT of them as well as eating in a caloric excess, otherwise they will just tone and define your muscles more 😊

@@JennaCollinsFitness I didn't do a lot, and I had very beautiful thighs before I started doing the squats. Maybe the carbs intake has to do something with it, I really don't know, have to check with your vids. But I found two exercise wall pilates standing, no squats, that really make a difference in the glutes. Hoped I can add two more, to enhance that. Thanks for replying.♥️

Hi Jenna, i have a question, I'm 63 years old and i had a cystocele sergury which I'm not supposed to lift more than 10 lb and also not allowed for squats. I lost my muscles lately and i love to builtit up again and tone my body!! I appreciate your help thanks!!
