Well, let me tell you what…it for sure ain’t all about “being motivated” or having an extremely strong will (although that does help).
The actual solution to “locking in” is controlling your environment, both internally and externally.
Internally:
Remove all things that could distract you and place them somewhere else
Try to work in a “Blank State”; a quiet, yet empty area.
Externally:
Surround yourself with people that don’t party all the time.
Ideally, people with a good sense of fun, but also prioritize work in their life.
