I was thinking about buying 2000 Mercedes 320 CLK the seller said it needs a tune up and a key programmed. And it’s $500 should I look into it or pass?

I have a 2004 E55 and SL55 I have the same Autel, I programmed a couple keys and everything works except for the keyless-go options… keyless go option is push to start and proximity sensor door handles. Have you programmed successfully keyless go fob? Thanks brother.

@@BestCarFixes yes indeed the key has to be a keyless go fob which would have the proximity sensor on the circuitboard. Which I’ve tried programming on both my SL 55 and E55.

Bro i think is the key you just programming is not smart key for this car, that's why the remote failed, try to clear and do it again without smart key. And see what's happening

thank you for asking from 2016 and up there is no tools that i know can make and program mercedes benz dealer only for now if you get any tools please let me know i need it also
