You can use any of them. It depends on whether or not you want the same field of view and aperture as FF or not.

I'm trying to get my Trio plan red v 75mm lens to work but it won't focus no matter what I do with this M42 to FX mount to my XT2. If I hold the lens like quarter an inch from the adapter not screwed on it will sharpen but no matter what if it's screwed on it won't focus. Any help?

This K&F Concept adapter does not fit the X-H2S. What do you suggest for the X-H2S?

I too have a 50 mm Takumar that I would like to use on my Fujifilm XT-3, so will it also translate to a 75 mm lens instead?

If you use a simple adaptor yes. If you use a speed booster, still a 50mm
