Correct. Here's how the About tab looks in the KZfaq app on my iPhone 7: www.dropbox.com/s/hczcqm427vbuveo/Photo%202023-03-26%202%2042%2050%20PM.png?dl=0 It's a mobile app flaw in my opinion, and KZfaq should be chastised for it, especially since there is a mobile workaround whereby you need only open a browser like Safari and force the Desktop KZfaq site to show, then go to the About tab where the Business Inquiries button appears. Even so, it appears really tiny on screen, and I for the life of me cannot pinch to zoom in! A lot of people don't even think to add contact info because most folks on KZfaq are just here to consume content. But there are times when a KZfaqr may need to get in touch with a viewer, whether to say they've won a giveaway, or to just tell them something important. Without any contact info in one's About tab, it could be impossible for someone to get in touch. And if it's an emergency, that would be bad indeed. The upside is that, just as you said, if you add an email address, you won't be flooded with SPAM. I have over 6k subscribers and the emails I get are few and mostly from viewers who have a technical question to ask me. Rarely, I get contacted by PCBWay or similar companies who would like me to advertise for them (which I've not agreed to yet, because I don't allow any Ads on my KZfaq content). In the past, I've been frustrated by my own inability to contact people here on KZfaq, so I wanted to make a video to show folks how easy it is to add and delete. So basically, a paranoid person who dislikes having the contact info could just add that, enter a giveaway, and then when its over and if they have been contacted, they could easily then just delete it. I recently had a giveaway, so I also had that in mind when I made this video. Anyway, thanks for watching and for adding your feedback!

If you are questioning me about why the mindless leadership of KZfaq decided to eliminate the About tab, well, I'm afraid cannot answer that. The steps presented in my video still apply in May 2024, but because there is no About tab anymore (which bothers me A LOT!), you must instead go to the Channel Page and then click on the "Welcome ! >" text. It's hard to see and very non-intuitive, which is why it drives me crazy. But it works, and you scroll down in that "About" popover to see the email address, just as before. And if you don't see an email address, it means it wasn't added. Any further questions should be answered by my video. I watched my video again just now, and followed my own steps. As I said, only the About tab has been changed by KZfaq.
