4:51 is important. This is why the beat sounds too busy. Too many unnecessary fills, percussion and textures. Timbaland had a valid point when he said "Simplicity is key" I love the bounce in the beat, but instead of adding 9 different perc, find that one perc that sounds crazy and make it stick out. Tim is the master of this.
