You NEED THIS FOR YOUR LIFTED SUBARU !
In this DIY video I'm gonna show you HOW TO ADJUST your REAR CAMBER using CAMBER BOLTS !
This apply to most vehicules but here, we are gonna work on an off road subaru forester.
This is something you should consider to do on a lifted subaru !
Indeed, subaru with a lift kit install tends to have too much postive camber ! And you are gonna want to adjust your rear camber by adding negative camber with camber bolts !
You can use aftermarket camber bolts like the whiteline camber bolts or simply OEM Subaru camber bolts !
This is an easy DIY fix you can do by yourself which will improve your car handling but also avoid excessive tire wear !

Hae🎉 ....I was adjusting the camber hillux double cab (gun 135 using alignment machine) but it reach a point where its not adjusting any more yet its quit off according to the specifications. Kindly help 6:19

Hi, curious about this now! You link to the amazom above for camber bolts, however they list them by size, not make/model... Where did you get yours from, given they look pre-loved? You say the OEM ones come from the front suspension? Might wander past the wrecker to investigate =)

On further investigation, whiteline do a front and a rear set; Front: www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail4.php?part_number=KCA414&sq=264359 Rear: www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail4.php?part_number=KCA414&sq=264360 Looks like the same product for both, also are diagrams of the front and rear suspension on their pages that might be useful. Great job!!!! A query, how many mm are the bolts? 11 mm? And another question: Do you have shifters on the rear wheels? The BFGoodrich KO2 215 / 75R15 butt into the rear shock base :( (stock damping of 98 Forester)

I think they are like 12 or 13 instead of 14. That's not a problem. For your tires to fit, you need SG Forester struts 😉 I have a video about that explaining everything

@@ejayone8184 I have agree. These look like all the aftermarket ones I see. I thought I would save a few dollars and got some spare front camber bolts at the junkyard from an SF And SG while I was getting some other parts. They're both the same and neither work for the rear. I will have to order some aftermarket rear camber bolts now.

With only a 2in lift? Shouldn't happen

well rip. guess somethings a bit off on my setup,2 inch lift and im just at the very edge of what would be in spec.

@@malwilson4444did you ever get it fixed. Did 2” on my 98 fozzy and I can’t get my positive camber to zero out. Gonna try a camber bolt on the bottom of the strut as well and/or a camber plate between the strut and lift spacer.

@@samuelsamano3777 Nah never got the front in spec. with the 2" anderson lift. which shouldent happen. let me know if you can figure something out. last alignment my schwabs straight up forgot to put the nuts back on the lower strut bolts. and said they have never heard of a camber bolt before. so im kinda done tossing money at them. diy camber kids are like 800$ for 2 sticks and a string. again let me know if you figure something out.

It isnt out of alignment very much. but its annoying that it is out of spec. positive camber aswell on mine i think
