Thanks broski. Took about 15 minutes to find a milkcrate to stand on, a flashlight, re-watch this video, and a brush handle to jam the throttle lever back. Then it took about two minutes to adjust the throttle and I got it just right the first try, whoa.

Thanks Chris, just fixed my idling problem. For ppl who never get dirty before it’s not that easy for you, but if you’re willing, you’ll get it done. 10mm ratchet wrench will get the job done.

Thank you, neglected my old 12 valve for a few years and 2023 is the year to spice the old babe up & I remember someone saying 2x 10mm and I went out this morning and was like where the f am I supposed to adjust on that front lever, vid explained it in short time, will adjust it tomorrow, thanks again!

My 95 cummins 12v idles at around 500 RPM, when I put it in gear it stalls.. I've been having to use the throttle lock at 750ish to keep it running since I replaced all the fuel lines, fuel lift pump, and cleaned and the AFC housing... Also were that nut is, I'm having to cut in half a stubby wrench to fit in this area.. FYI I have a 95 Bluebird TC2000 with a Cummins 12v Front Engine so everything is tightly packed in a very small spot.. Thank you for this video to confirm I know where the adjustment is.

So the idle is set at 750 to 800 in gear or in park cause if i set it to were its at that in park it wants to die if set it at that in gear it dosnt die but idles in park at about 850-900 seems a little high in park and neutral or is that normal

My 96 only goes up to 75 and it’s forcing it any ideas what issues I could have ????

What if my truck only idles low when in gear and while cold? Mine idles perfect in park but when put into gear it drops to 200-300 rpm and kind of stutters like it wants to cut off. Only does it when first cranked though

I'm just mad i didn't find your vid when the inner fender was off, can't get my lanky arms thru top. Thanks for showing. My problem is 295 idle, now thinking bolt top is wore down.

I'm not sure which video you are referring too. I never had my fenders or Fender wells off.

Saying i can't get a wrench on thru top because of my arms being long ( 6'4") bad angle, but just showed the 5'5" dude doing my a/c and he just got it, in the time.........typing.............thus 😄

My stupid 3.5in shiny but non funtioning intake elbow is not helping either. First try just below 800 from 295ish stalling occasionally.
