My new Kukirin G2 Master also have steering pole shake and play at the lower end where the bearings are placed. Could you make film for adjusting or changing those bearings to stop shake and reduce play in steering pole. Thanks

Mine were tight as fuck! I couldnt loosen the small bolt.. broke 3 wrenches

Thanks for the informative tutorial. I also have the G5, and the steering feels very stiff. It makes the scooter feel bulky and lacking agility when cornering. I'd also like to try to reduce the resistance of my scooters steering: "Could you please tell me the sizes of the hex tools use in your video?" Thanks

Managed to find it out. It was 10mm and 3mm

My steering column has some play even when the bolt is fully tightened. The scooter is new out of the box today, when driving even 25 km/h the steering wheel moves to the sides, it is impossible to control, it’s scary. The solution in the video did not help, tell me what to do? This is my second scooter. In my first Kukirin m5 pro, everything works great. The G4 has steering problems. It is impossible to drive normally, it is too risky.

I feel the same way. I just got my G4 last Wednesday and I feel like I can't keep it straight. At first I thought it was me, and that the G4 is too fast and heavy for me, but after reading your post I'm starting to think that's just how the G4 is...

@@myksanchez1222 I contacted my seller and sent the scooter for replacement. In my case it really is some kind of defect.

My G4 started making that noise after 20 miles. Then, I tried adjusting the bolt on the bottom and now the steering makes really loud squeaking noises...

3mm allen/hex screw for the locking, and 10mm for the big screw on the bottom

Guys, just replace it. Mine fell in the scooter as well. I'm pretty sure it's a 3mm Allen head screw.

Si. El mío venía muy duro y así lo solucioné. Hay que dejarlo ni muy duro ni muy suave. Ahora la estabilidad es perfecta.

Es igual que el vídeo. Con una llave allen que trae el patinete alargada, aflojas el tornillo dentro del agujero un par de vueltas. Con otra llave allen ( creo que del 10) aflojas el tornillo grande sobre la rueda como media vuelta aprox. y dejas la dirección con algo de fricción ( yo al principio la dejé muy floja pero iba inestable). Luego aprietas bien el tornillo del agujero y ya está. Cuando das con la dureza exacta es una conducción totalmente estable y cómoda. Es muy fácil de hacer

@@Soytupadre123 gracias por la aclaracion, yo por intuición cuando me llegó el patinete desaprete el tornillo grande de 10 y se volvió muy inestable a alta velocidad, solté el acelerador a 60kmh y me pegó un latigazo la dirección de lado a lado, y lo volví apretar de Nuevo Una pregunta no pasa nada por dejar suelto el tornillo grande? No coje orgura la dirección o se puede desaflojar de la vibración al conducirlo?

El tornillo pequeño del agujero hace de tornillo prisionero, de ahí el aflojarlo antes de regular el grande. El grande no pierde capacidad de dar rigidez a la dirección con los kms. No quita que repases cada cierto tiempo el apriete del pequeño ( y de casi todos los demás por seguridad) o que cada muchos kms se vuelva a ajustar si es necesario, pero eso es ya como todo,. Yo por ejemplo tense frenos que venían muy blandos y endureci ambos amortiguadores porque soy un tipo grande y pesado y me hacía tope. Cuando sueltes el acelerador a alta velocidad prueba a adelantar un poco el peso hacia adelante para dar más aplomo a la dirección.
