As I continue driving my 2023 Highlander Platinum Hybrid into my 4th week, I slowly learn new things.
Did you know you can adjust the fixed height of the power lift gate for most of the vehicles out there? I didn't even think of it til now. After going to an underground parking lot at a shopping mall, I backed into a parking spot. After getting out of the car I needed to open the liftgate, but realized that there was a concrete drop from the ceiling and some pipes below it. I had to move the car forward about 2 feet so I can clear the low ceiling. Then I moved the car back so it didnt protrude into the driveway.
That's when I looked into adjusting height of the power lift gate.
