Take the secondary apart add a second gold spacer washer between the sheaves, then throw the stupid set screw away. Never mess with it again!

Should there be a little play with the whole secondary unit back-and-forth after the centre bolt is tightened??

Hi my question is this is there supposed to be any play or side-to-side movement in your secondary clutch they call it floating no I have never heard of this I have always bolted my secondary tight so there's no movement I really can't get an honest answer I'm getting a lot of different answers I'd like to find out what really is true here. Could you do a video on it that would be awesome or just send me a message back.

Its too bad the customer has to do QC's on the dealer and manufacturer. Chaincase oil level, chain tension, belt deflection, track tension, and ski alignment.
