Use Shimano Di2 adjustment Mode to adjust a noisy rear Di2 derailleur.

If your Di2 Ultergra or Di2 Ulterga RX rear derailleur is noisy or not shifting crisply, it may need adjusting. This video will show how to enter Di2 Adjustment Mode and tweak the position of the derailleur.

Hi Dave If my bike is just battling to shift from 5 to 6 at the back (one cog smaller) but all other gears shift fine, how many .2mm increments would you say I set it? 1? 2? Or more?

Are you able to get the bike up off the ground so you can spin the crank while you adjust? If so, I would put it in both the 5 and 6 and see if there’s any noise at all, and then adjust to remove the noise. Otherwise, I would just do one increment at a time and keep track of how far you move it so you can move it back if it doesn’t fix the problem.

@@davescycling I put the bike on the stand and set it one increment at a time until the gearchange was crisp & smooth. It took 3 clicks to get it to sound right. Went on the road this morning and it feels much better. Thanks for the help!
