✨ Patrick Compton is an autodidact polymath, independent researcher, multi-instrumentalist, and woodworker focusing mostly on existential philosophy, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and evolutionary biology. He implements pragmatic approaches to conquering mental and physical disorders, contends with partisan paradigms in education and politics, and seeks to widen perspectives by establishing transparency between the various sciences.

Many excerpts from his book “How to be Less Disappointed in Humanity” are referenced in these video series. He plays the Chinese guzheng and 8-string guitar and has released various albums on Bandcamp and here on KZfaq combining Eastern and Western influences, incorporating recorded sounds from nature.
