Exercise that's how you boosts confidence and not just lifting weights go running,push ups sit ups mostly aerobic exercises YOU Don't NEED TO GO TO THE GYM try it and see if that works with confidence works with me

Impossible for me since I have these genetic eye bags since childhood. How can I keep a strong eye contact if I look tired/alcoholic? Waiting for surgery but it won’t happen earlier than 10 motnhs probably cuz I’m taking accutane to heal my acne. Damn I’m cursed by genetics. However if u heal these 2 things I’ll be all good….shame I haven’t done it in high school

@@1990muthafukin1 exactly and when u start doing this you'll feel and seem more confident in general and your insecurities won't mean shit. I have bad eye bags and loose skin and I have a condition which makes my hands extremely dry and odd looking when it gets even slightly hot/cold (raynards). Through time I've realised no one really gives a fuck so why should I so much.
