I guess this is pretty much the same for the Onefinity Elite Foreman?

It's similar... but not exactly. We are working on an Elite "tube bundle" installation video. The key points you can pull from this is as it relates to assembling the tube itself and the general structure... IE: bracketing holding the boot which has the 90deg extension adapter going up into the tube. The tube held onto the top of the Z carriage.. and the round maglock adapter on the hose.

Can you adjust the height of the mount to accommodate really thick material?

Yes exactly. This is a z-independent boot so the z-height of the boot is set in advance of the carving. This is really good for 2.5d carvings and for shallow 3d carvings as you set the z of the boot and the spindle moves vertically independent of the boot's position. Will the Tube Bundle for Onefinity Elite version v3 fits the 80mm spindle and 4" dust collection system?

Yes absolutely. Since the boot itself hovers below the spindle, it never comes into contact with the spindle, and thus can support a variety of spindle sizes. v3 is designed to allow an 80mm spindle to drop down in between the boot although that is uncommon and rarely required during a cut.

will this work on my shapeoko 5 pro with carbide spindle?

Unfortunately not at this time. They've widened their Z carriage and made it even more difficult for me to design z-independent bracketing for the Shapeoko 5 Pro. I just replaced my "4" Pro with a 5 Pro and now the race is on.
