How do you get the locking pins out? I feel like I've tried everything but it's not budging.

My screws look a lil different from the video. My arms are wobbly idk if I'm screwing it right

How does the machine get lubricated?

I just bought this brand new sealed in the box from someone that purchased it from Amazon but waited to long to return it as their loved one passed away, I just put it altogether but I didnt get a Allan Key or Wrench so had to use my own, After watching this Video I noticed I am also missing the Shorter Locking Pin to lock the frame in place while using it. How do I go about getting these missing parts. I have Pictures of the box etc if you want to see for warranty Purposes
