Put the clear plastic hose on the sticky uppy valve on the back of the engine, and the big blue thingy goes in the soap.

After you put the hose in the soap you have to use the soap dispensing nozzle and it will dispense water and soap in a 20:1 ratio

Been using for a couple weeks and all of a sudden it doesn’t want to start.

Did they told you how to turn it on

@@ijohannaherrera9169 it started up for about 2 minutes… and then turned off. Now the issue is the pull rope wheel being almost stuck and extremely difficult to pull.

@@hunterscrackdealer6650 any change? I just got one and I’m watching vids to get 100% familiar. I decided to buy fuel stabilizer before putting gas in it to hopefully prevent any issues with carb.

@@alexgonzalez7917 well, it’s hard to say what normal is anymore. It’s not just less than ideal, it’s actually illegal to use E85 or E15 gas. (Both mean the same thing, they are 85% petrol and 15% ethanol, ethanol is alcohol usually made from corn). In some areas, all typical gasoline at the gas stations is that kind, many are E10 (10% alcohol) which is allowed. Ideal is 100% good old fashioned gasoline, which I found but it’s not easy, you need to either know where farmers fill their tractors or look it up on the net. The problem is that alcohol eats up the rubber gaskets in the motor. I suppose it’s illegal to use too much alcohol because it will eventually cause inefficiencies and more pollution, I doubt the government cares about the condition of your motor. Anyway, the stabilizer is to prevent residue from forming when there’s evaporation. Since this kind of equipment only gets used rarely, gas gets in there and evaporates leaving residues that can cause it to run rough and eventually not start. I hope this helps!

I got one and it comes with a 14 oz 10W30 oil bottle.

In the back, about a few inches from where the garden hose is attached, is a small nipple, mine is brass and about 1/4 inch. You push one end of a small rubber hose over it and the other end of the 2-3 foot hose into a bottle of soap. I buy one gallon jugs. The machine does the work for you of sucking the soap into the stream of water, I think it would take an hour to use one gallon, but that’s a guess. For some reason the manual says to never use high pressure and the soap at the same time. So, you use a non pressurizing nozzle to apply soap, then disconnect the soap hose and use pressure to blast the soap away and clean your surfaces. I assume the pressure changes the viscosity (thickness) of the water and can damage the device. I hope this helps!

​@xavierquintana2734 I've had mine over 2 years now and it still works flawlessly. I even use regular e10 gas and dont do any winter maintenance. Maybe you got a dud.

@@onemanarmy1310 it was definitely a dud, it literally blew up and spit oil all over the driveway. It smoked so bad my wife came outside to see if I was ok. I did an even exchange and the second one has worked fine so far. Just crazy how the motor from something right out the box can be that bad!
