Hello, thank you for this very helpful instructions. I have a problem fitting the rubber circular band. It was not attached to the fan it was separate. Any help would be much appreciated.

Helpfull… especially pulling the inner pole. Fan i purchased did not have installation guide, was struggle with the inner pole… after watching this video, was able to pull it out, had to push slightly initially from lower end…
