This video has literally saved my sanity and helped with my confidence! My fan arrived today all flat packed and instructions were incomprehensible, needless to say I felt like crying! thank you so so much for this. it’s like a bajillion degrees inside of my house and i cant open the windows at night because of all of the mosquitos so i’m always so uncomfortably hot and sweaty. i was trying to build a fan that i got but the instructions were so unclear and scattered so i got nothing done. turns out this video was all i needed! thank you again!!

This was so helpful! I returned a fan back to B AND Q as I thought there were parts missing. I just received the other one when I checked inside everything was the same! So I just googled the how to and found your video.. managed to fix it by following your tutorial! Lifesaver!!

I have limited ability and even thought the fan i purchased is slightly different as you screw the legs from the bottom up the rest fitted great as i followed you. Just had a neighbour check its all tightly screwed down and it was. Had an issue with an old fan i've had for 20 years where the blades were hitting the cage. Used this video to work backwards, take it apart and find the issue. Found a couple of screws that had gotten loose over time that were meant to keep the top bit in place. I tightened it all up and now everything is good. Can't thank you enough, as now I can sleep in peace with my trusty old fan keeping me cool.

Thank you very much @MrWaheedulHaque this was the ideal assembly video for the Kingfisher TX-1608B fan sold by Screwfix, B & Q, Castorama, Home Depot and others. I noticed only two differences: 1) TX-1608B has *three* pins for aligning the back grille (there's only a specific hole for one of them); 2) instead of pins to align the fan blade, TX-1608B has a flat edge on the spindle which aligns with a flat edge in the centre of the fan blade.

This was very helpful. I bought a cheaper B & Q version of this model - almost identical presumably also made by Goodmans - but the instructions were poor and misleading. Thanks for your video which sorted out all the issues.

I have got one now your video was very hopeful to my because it hope my to build my one the one B&m have now is the same fan but it is a different brand name it a brand culd Blaupunkt the same brand as your TV i sor in your video to so thanks your hope my to build my 16 inch oscillating stand fan

Hahahaha!!! I had the same problem! First I assembled the base and first pole. Then it said extending pole.. I searched and searched... Very close to throwing it out of the window!
