Wow. I'm so out of sync. Counted 23 breaths in the minute with chest and tummy. I wake up evey night with a dry mouth due to mouth breathing. No wonder I always feel like I'm drowning and need more air. Thank you for this video. I need to do this. So fed up feeling like I'm drowning now for years
