I know it's one of the beginner moves but a super slow mo analysis of the Parkour/Safety roll from many angles would be extremely useful for absolute beginners as it usually takes some time to learn this properly.

This helped me mouch because when I was squatting down I emmediatly started to jump up but that analysis dhowed me that it was wrong. Maybe I won't land next time on my knees

Could you please do one of these slo mo videos on the gainer? It's one of the coolest looking tricks and I'm able to do them on trampolines but fear takes over when wanting to do it anywhere else.

Still, you could get even higher if you didn't throw your upper body back. If you take off in a straight line upwards instead, it will lift your centre of gravity higher and also your knees won't have to travel as far to your chest. You will probably loose a little bit of rotation in the beginning though, which can be regained by tucking harder (making you smaller in the air. This will also require less effort as your knees travel less). Short version: Lift it straight up instead of throwing back your upper body. You can practise this by finding a spot in head-height in front of you, and then look at it for as long as you can before tucking and rotating
