Models start at all ages. There are model agencies for kids, model agencies for teens and model agencies for adults. It very much depends on your look and your measurements. For example, an adult agency may sign a 14-year-old model as she has the height and measurements for catwalk modeling whereas another 14 year model may be signed to a teen agency as they are 5'5 and look their age.

To join a professional model agency, some take on girls from 16, however, to model independently, we would suggest waiting until you are 18.

Yes but very hard and never got oppertunity to be asked to work at a modeling agency

Yes, it can be very difficult to find modelling work on your own. We set up our website freelancerclub.net for this exact reason. If you're able to find other freelancers in your area who you can connect with, this is a really great way to pick up new work. A lot of modelling jobs are found via word of mouth. Check out our freelance directory. Choose 'Perth' in the location field and see if there are freelancers that you can connect with. freelancerclub.net/discover/freelancers
