The advice Jackie gives here tells us how to be a virtuous person, not just how to be a virtuous woman-because, when it comes to growing in virtue, for the most part the same principles apply for both sexes. Just like with any other task in life, becoming more virtuous requires the right tools. To that end, Jackie says the Church provides some great tools we can use to help us grow in any virtue. For example:
-The sacraments, especially confession and the Eucharist
-The Word of God
-Divine Mercy Chaplet
-The Rosary
-A community of believers
-The saints, especially the Blessed Mother
