I feel that I intuitively do this now but of course I did not do this when I was more of a beginner.... but I didn't realize that was what I was doing, was using the floor for added energy and resistance. Really great video, thank you.

Great video - very important especially the demonstration in the difference in "dancing figures i.e. plain steps" and dancing the same figures "with style". I would recommend on to wear pants/leggings that are not black or that have a stripe so that when leg motion can be better followed or individualized. Sometimes, both dancers wear flat black pants that completely blend-in in some figure making it hard to pick hip motion or individual leg motion. Second recommendation - could you make your demo with music just a bit slower so that the viewer can fully appreciate the movement/motion that you just demonstrated.
