tbh i wouldn't say you really need it especially depending on where you go to school. I went to prep school for HS and even there not many people wore cologne, just make sure you smell good and it will be fine

The lifting weights and working out part is definitely true. I started lifting weights really young, when I was about 12-13 years old so when I started high school at 14-15, I had a really good physique to say the least, and I was still short at the time since I didn't get my growth spurt so adding muscle mass was really easy. I still maintain a good physique and get complimented on it.

Here is my biggest piece of advice: the reason you’re a socially awkward and insecure person is because you care too much. Trust me, nobody looks at you and thinks poorly of you because of your appearance. You’re thought poorly of because of a lack of confidence. And said lack of confidence comes from caring about what other people think. Its a vicious cycle. So heres what you do: stop caring. Dont base your personality on what you think people like and start expressing your real, genuine personality. You’ll feel a lot better, and everyone else will like you more. Oh. And avoid axe body spray at all costs. They advertise it as being sexy or whatever, but what it really does is stinks up the whole room and makes everyone want to stay away from you.

These are some great tips Aaron, these honestly are dude! I'm a senior right now, so I think it's a big too late for me in HS. But can definitely use and apply these tips in uni/ college. i just want to comment on the fragrance, one of the best frangrances for everyday use is the mercedez benz the move, its a very light but strong scent, its almost overpowering but in a good way and you and everyone else gets used to it quickly, its not too expensive, around 60-90$

@@giornogiovanna7433 nah I wasn’t. I have lots of senior and junior friends and I have straight a’s. But I’m African so I guess that’s why people are a bit different here. when I came here people got different when I grew up with them since 5th grade. They work out, got bigger arms, some “glowed up”, etc. I don’t really care about what people think about me because i know most of what they say is not true. I don’t care about my body (not saying I don’t take care of it but I guess my muscles?). Im a footballer but I know I’ll have to put on some weight soon. Besides in my school my friends are very friendly and sweet. I always tell my sister who even though was born here but raised in Africa that she has to be confident in herself. I don’t care if I’m racially abused because I’m proud being the race I am. I have mistakenly insulted people sometimes racially and I hate myself for that. But I came to school to succeed, not to be a guy who decides what the people think. Be confident and succeed. I know this was a long message sorry.

I clicked on this without thinking much and thought it will be cringe. But this is all true. After watching it(like right now) and looking back over my summer. I've been changing my style a lot this summer and I know what looks good and what doesn't. It's all about trial and error because some clothes might look good on others but not yourself so try stuff on because clothing changes everything. Your hair as well so do that as well. When you look good, your confidence will also raise as well. So make sure to stay fashionable.

Hi i just wanna tell ppl about me alitlte am definitely not that guy in school never even had someone liked me neither friends and my wardrobe was so freacking bad but i am makong some changes am now workingout dail am fat i k ow but am workingout to be the perfect fit even tho my fsce isnt good like its really ugly but iam doing a better skincare routine for my skin to be clear and lpsing weghit and getting new wardrobe am low at money now but its getting better 1 by 1 also i have a good shampo with perfume bottle inside it so i smell good daily i have a uniform for my school buy it only white shirt with some black stripes and my school logo and a black pant but am layering it so i found my motivation to start being better and am going to be better so find your motivation and be better you too its never to late
