The shrinking thing and under shining was definitely something I recently expanded past. I believe the inner work resulted in the end of my 10 year romantic relationship, me quitting my job, pursuing other dreams and really just living out loud. Btw I’m a projector too. I even notice in my pictures from the past how I wouldn’t even smile fully or I just seemed dimmed. Not anymore! We are shining on all fronts 🤩🥰

Wow wow wow! I grew up in a religious home and I boy do I know spiritual bypassing! It’s present in every religion and spiritual belief. I did it for years and hit a wall every damn time. Inner work has been the game changer. I’m closer to God than ever before.

Hi Mina, thank you so much for today's video. I was unsure that limiting my indulgence in complaining comes off as insensitive but in fact it's a sign off up leveling! I had a dream last night that we were in a newly opened womans wears store planning to have lunch together at a seafood restaurant. I looked this up there were so many good omens in this dream. Can you do a segment on how to speak to our kids. Especially daughters. I find that when I am trying to teach my daughter a lesson for example the current one, about friendship. I end up putting her down, like “you are being a bad friend right now by not sharing” How else can I talk to her so I am building her up rather than tearing down? I don’t want to break her self esteem, or put world in her mind that she will Later struggle to get out.

Does anyone have tips on keeping it easy as a college student? In last semesters I get extremely stressed out, over whelmed and become even more of a hermit. I want it to be easy this time around because I know it can be!
