I know a guy who works out a lot and he's clothes fit him worse. He's chest is a size bigger that it used to be but suprise suprise he's arms didnt get any longer from working out and now all the jackets that fit him have too long sleves. Also regular cut pants fit slim or skinny on him (thats why so many gymrats wear sweatpants all the time). Remember its all about balance.

Big facts about the working out tip. Just a heads up tho it cant be done overnight. It takes years to get a superhero type physique and im sure even Johnny has been working on his body for a long time. But don't let that stop you. Being consistent is all it takes and eventually you will hit your goals.

Cuffing jackets is such an underrated way to level up a look, and heck: get a lightweight sleeve shirt (preferably a V-neck) and cuff the sleeves! it's also wayy better when you wear a watch and jewelery.
