In the very end why did the opponent take Levy's e pawn with the rook instead of his f pawn?

Rook h1 threatening to queen the passed pawn. Then after the white rook takes, rook h2 is a check winning the white rook.

There's an anime by the name classroom of the elite. Season 3 is currently ongoing and episode 11 just came out. The main character played a chess game against his opponents, can you please analyse that game. Although they didn't show all the moves but i thought you might be able to crack it. ❤❤

cus after b6 levy plays pawn takes b6, rook takes rook and then pawn takes rook, which leads to an outside pass pawn
