Well, some of them, the interesting part about this is that there are different stages some just have weird behaviour that may go on for months some are starting to turn insane and some are completely zombified.

@@iddennah8015 there comes a point tho when you gotta ask, is this even the same story. Have we changed so much that the story no longer makes sense. The people infected were still people. Even the head of wicked was infected which was discovered at the end. This caused him to become insane and perform inhumane experiments in search of the cure but ultimately there would be none. Even had he gotten his way. Even some infected characters had major significance in progressing the story and bargaining with or helping Thomas and his group. All infected showing varying degrees of madness in different and interesting ways as the virus eats their minds.

Agreed the first movie was good only the next parts are garbage

In the book WICKED only interfered when Thomas got shot, and the only reason they did so was because having guns wasn’t supposed to be part of the trial

That's cause James Dashner's book series is far better than the pile of trash that is the Hunger games. The first movie was so good cause it stayed faithful to the book. In the second and third they just went their own way which is what made them so messy. Still enjoyed the action and drama, and Teresa's death hit hard.

In the book they aren't just zombies, the flare (the disease) in the books makes them slowly go insane over the course of about 2 years in when they get to the near zombie stage, but they could still talk and had at least a real basic idea of what was going on, for example, in the book when a 2 year infected crank was chasing them they hid in a dark closet and the crank looked for them in there seeing it as a hiding spot

@Darkgun231 yeah except they're not the same thing? Walkers are zombies, dead bodies reanimated. Cranks are infected humans. They are alive and have a virus in their brains that made them crazy. They are completely different things. Reanimated dead vs living person who has a virus that drove them mad.

I wouldn't have turned the lights on. I'd back to back someone staying low and sneak around quietly. Low and in the dark may put u at a disadvantage but also puts the enemy at one too. And at the end of the day If making it harder for the enemy to see me makes it harder for me then so be it

@@SewnOpen001i feel like the cranks don’t primarily rely on vision as humans do, they are mutated and sort of equalize all their senses. It would be more of a disadvantage for the humans i think
