The gods in Berserk are like the Xenomorph. You can't beat them, you can't reason with them. The only thing you can do as a normal person is refuse to engage, because the second they take notice of you. You're pretty much already dead.

Lets be real, we are all probably long dead by the time the eclipse comes around in this scenario

To be fair, the only reason Griffiths ideals fell apart and everyone died was because guts listened to what Griffith said one day to the princess, he could only acknowledge a man as his friend and equal if they're willing to go their own way, even if it means defying him. Which guts ended up doing at the end of the Golden age movies which made Griffith depressed because he lost his right hand man and someone he loved and wanted, so he ends up banging the kings daughter which was one of his gravest mistakes and that whole big bloody mess ever after. Had Griffith not uttered those words, guts probably would've stayed under him and Griffith probably would've usurped the kings throne eventually given the power he already had at his disposal.

Step 1: pick up your sword Step 2: stand up to legendary mercenary group and gain their respect and join their ranks. Step 3: help win the war. Step 4: show your resolve when demons come at you in droves and against all odds survive. Step 5: snap out of your delusion and realize you died somewhere around step 2.

I missed the part where you beat Berserk, You just had a different way to beat Bazuso. I was at least expecting a mercy kill for broken grifith. Maybe it was just a retelling because the laws of causality determined it to be so and there is no surviving Berserk.

The ONLY exception to this rule (and its only a theory) is Guts, it is believed that he doesnt have a set destiny because for some reason he is outside the flow of calamity

As a threat you don't really have a chance if you are facing the godhand. You only showed the anime so blackswordsmen arc isn't there but even with guts hunting them, having killed apostles... the godhand didn't even acknowledge him as a threat. Fantasia you seem even out of their plane of the astral world guts cannot even touch them aside from a single hair of femto. You see in flashbacks of the berserker armor different angels of the godhand but not complete confirmation that they were killed by skull knight it is highly likely but never talked about so it is unclear if they can even be killed. Certainly in their plane of the astral world and later when it is merged they can alter the physical reality. Bottomline while it would be cool to have a way to survive these aren't just demons or angels. They have had a plane and been manipulating causality for a long time to get Griffith to that point so that a sacrifice could be struck. These are cosmic level beings that were created by something far more powerful. But it was a good video to see
