Realising that you embody both + and - biases, and yet choose to be positive is enlightening.💓

Focusing on getting more sleep is the biggest game changer from my experience. The thing with sleep however is that the more you want to fall asleep and obsess about different tips and tricks the less likely sleep will happen. I recommend to start unwinding at least half an hour before going to bed and to not watch any sleep related videos on KZfaq at that time.

Couldn't agree more. The amount of times I've been exhausted, finally laid my head down and started going into anxiety mode about not being able to drop off. The most effective thing for me seems to be sleep hygiene

Conversely, how many ppl are really out here making the world a better place? When's the last time you have shut down frivolous rumors being spread behind someone's back UNDER ANY pretense (hey that's not professional, hey that's my friend, hey that's not true, hey that's not nice)? Everyone steps out of haters' way and gives them the right of way. The answer regular evil-condoning people is that the victims just ignore it and stay positive. Well I say no. Everyone who hears the start of a 'smear campaign,'' ie gossip against a good person, needs to take up the responsibility to do something about it. Amen. The world is in a downward spiral and will not be improved with everyone condoning the attacks made against good people. Peace and Health

Yeah, there's a full video, but thus short is literally devoid of content.

Aren't women more prone to negative emotions than men? If so, might be worth mentioning

Yeah, in uncensored communities the reality pours in and that's how you know the earth is flat and lizards are out to get you.

Struggling with this too, but you can´t change anything in Reality with depression too. A Brain doesn´t function like this. It works better with a big variety of emotions and impressions. But for real: At the moment i think it would be better, if we wouldn´t emotionalize everything so much. AI, Capitalistic Commercials and Socialmedia will reinforce this even more. We need empathy and these things, but we don´t have too be always complete high and lucky or deeply depressed. It is just way too much emotion everythwhere. You can´t even buy a bottle of dishwashing liquid without design+commercials trying to trigger some of your emotions to buy that product.
